Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility; everything else (sending the new product and its shipping costs and other) will be completely free for the customer.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) or special products requested individually by the customer. Contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Returns Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll ship your new product within 5 business days. No refunds are available (except in exceptional cases, which will be assessed individually). Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue any refunds.
